Don't resume ASCII files (like MD5 and TXT). Does this happen to you with SHN files as well?

The SHN files seem to work just fine ... any suggestions on how to get the md5 and txt files uploaded at this point in time ... I've never run into this problem before, and I've uploaded about a dozen SKB shows.

Sounds like you were using ASCII to upload, try switching to Binary.

No idea why this happened ... but I allocated another folder and unloaded the files to it and then moved them to the folder I originally wanted them in ... was never able to upload directly but this work-around worked!!

delete the md5 and txt files and then reupload them. resuming ascii files is not "safe" for some reason (i think it has to do with line endings).

do the md5's fail when they run on your hard drive? right click the .md5 adn choose 'edit' look at the naming of the files in each line. do they match the naming of the files of each of the .shn files? changing the file name even slightly after an md5 is made will cause every track to fail. check out the details and let me know.

the one time all my files failed, this was the problem. i had made the md5, then realized that the show should have been labeled 2003-03-24, not 2003-02-24 you know? if this is not the problem, let me know i have another idea.
